Poverty Relief
This is only for projects within the jurisdiction of South Africa in terms with the Income tax Act of 1962 and that the donation is used exclusively for the activities which are approved for section 18A purposes - the provision of poverty relief.
Please note that the poverty relief project has its own dedicated bank account, separate from other projects, and only direct EFT payments are accepted for this account. No section 18 A certificate will be issued if all mandatory information is not submitted.
